Due to the delicate nature of fine jewelry, we craft every piece with care and precision. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We kindly recommend confirming your ring size before placing your order.
If you are unsure, our team will be happy to assist you prior to purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if: • The item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item

Return Conditions
To qualify: • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Refunds

Lost or Damaged Shipments
